I find it easy to believe that God loves you.
There have been times in my life, though, that I’ve had a hard time believing God feels the same way about me.
You see, occasionally I have forgotten that God’s love is bigger than any one event, one day, or one moment in my life.
And as a result, I’ve let myself believe this thing, this action, this circumstance I’ve found myself in the middle of is finally the last straw, the one that makes Him stop loving me.
And even though I know that couldn’t be further from the truth, sometimes it’s just the way I have felt.
Do you ever feel that way?
If you have, then I have a list for you.
This list has been a game changer for me.
This list has helped me tremendously in overcoming that feeling of doubt.
This list has helped me see that God’s love for me has never truly been a question.
This list has allowed me to live freely…knowing that God is ready and willing to pour His love, His grace, His mercy over me…knowing that my past is in the past…knowing that God does in fact love me the way He loves everyone else…even when I’m at my worst.
I hope this list will do the same for you.
I hope you’ll save it. I hope you’ll share it with your kids. I hope you’ll refer back to it if you ever find yourself wondering if God still loves you or if He ever did at all.
Just know that this list isn’t the end-all, be-all of your relationship with Him.
It’s only the beginning.
And what an amazing beginning it is.
So here it is. Here’s what I’ve learned about God’s love. Thankfully, His word reminds us time and time again.
Here is a complete list of all the things you can do to make God stop loving you:
